Preorder Items
Some pieces, like our sweatpants, are preorder only. These are expected to ship mid to late July. Dates are estimates and may shift slightly, but we’ll always update you if anything changes.
Processing Time
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose.
Tracking
Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours after your shipping confirmation email.
Delays / Lost Packages
Once your order is with the carrier, we’re not responsible for delays or lost packages. If anything looks off, please reach out to the carrier first using your tracking number.
